Recrutement Process
1. HR Interview
The purpose is to establish initial contact to follow up on the application, clarify the points regarding INOCEL, but also to get to know the candidate: their interests in INOCEL, their experiences, and their personality.
2. Technical Interview
A second interview with a manager to evaluate the technical skills based on the requirements of the different desired prerequisites.
3. Validation Interview
Finally, the third interview aims to finalize the recruitment process and discuss more extensively about the position and the candidate’s motivations with INOCEL’s CEO.
