Stéphane RABATEL and Jules BILLIET are appointed CEO and Deputy CEO of INOCEL

Born in Grenoble, Stéphane RABATEL is appointed CEO of INOCEL, after several managing positions in international groups such as EDF, Renault, Airbus and Safran.

In particular, he joined EDF in 1997, as responsible for studies aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of nuclear fuel. 

In Renault Group, he successively led powertrain and vehicle teams towards electrification through hybridization and new electric offer.

From 2018, as CEO of VEDECOM Tech, he achieved several world premieres such as the delivery of an autonomous vehicle to an Australian University and the creation of a New Mobility rating Agency.

Jules BILLIET is appointed Deputy CEO of INOCEL.

Graduate from ESSEC Business School with international experiences including Cornell University, Jules BILLIET has strong multicultural track record as well as experience in strategic development and finance.

Indeed, from 2020 to 2022, as Chief of Staff and Operational Marketing Director of AKKA Group, he strongly contributes to the Group’s strategy and its operational implementation, winning major calls.
